- The property must be perfectly cleaned
- There can not be any personal items in the property
- When you have cancelled and would like to extend this is only possible after confirmation. There may be new tenants for the property.
- Under no circumstances you will settle your last month rent with the deposit. Fines will be applicable.
- I allow the agent to view the propety with new tanants at 1 hr notice. The property will be in proper state at all times
